Fire safety, answered plainly
The things clients ask us most often, before a survey and after one. If yours is not here, call or WhatsApp — we would rather answer it than have you guess.
Which areas do you serve?
We work across the whole of Madhya Pradesh — factories, warehouses, commercial buildings, institutions and government sites. Tell us where the site is and we will confirm the visit schedule.
Do you handle everything, or only supply equipment?
Everything. Survey and design, supply of equipment, installation and commissioning, the Fire NOC paperwork, staff training and mock drills, and the AMC afterwards. That is the point of the 'under one roof' promise — one team is accountable for the result.
How do I get a quotation?
Call or WhatsApp us on +91 89899 33021, or send the enquiry form on the contact page. For anything beyond simple equipment supply we prefer to survey the site first, because a quote written without seeing the building is usually wrong.
Is the site survey chargeable?
Tell us what you need and where you are, and we will confirm the terms up front before anyone travels. There are no surprises added afterwards.
Can you help us get a Fire NOC?
Yes — end to end. We study the site, prepare the fire-safety drawings and system design, file the application, follow up with the department and attend the inspection with you. Because we also install the systems, the drawings we submit describe what is actually built.
We already have systems installed by someone else. Will you maintain them?
Yes, and it is a large part of our work. We begin with a condition survey, tell you honestly what needs correcting before an AMC starts, and then maintain everything on a fixed schedule with a signed report after each visit.
How often do fire extinguishers need servicing?
As a rule, a full check every year, refilling once used or once the gauge falls out of the green, and periodic hydraulic pressure testing of the cylinder. Under an AMC we track every unit's due date and come to you before it lapses.
Do you provide staff training and mock drills?
Yes. We run hands-on training on the equipment actually installed in your building, brief nominated fire wardens, and plan and observe full evacuation drills — with a written debrief covering evacuation times and what to fix.
Do you supply against government and private tenders?
Yes. Share the tender document and we will confirm what we can meet, prepare the technical compliance papers and quote against the specification line by line.
How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
AMC clients get priority call-out. For everyone else, call us and we will tell you honestly when we can reach the site rather than promising a time we cannot hold.
Questions about specific services
Do you handle both the design and the installation?
Yes. We survey the site, prepare the design and drawings, supply the equipment, install and commission it, and hand over test records — one team, one point of accountability.
What is the difference between a conventional and an addressable panel?
A conventional panel tells you which zone is in alarm; an addressable panel tells you which individual device. Addressable costs more up front and is worth it on larger or multi-floor sites where finding the device quickly matters.
How often does a fire extinguisher need refilling?
As a rule, a full check every year and refilling once used or once the pressure gauge drops out of the green. Cylinders also need periodic hydraulic pressure testing. We keep the due dates for you and come to you before they lapse.
How long does a Fire NOC take?
It depends on the building type, how complete the drawings are and the department's current load. The part we control — survey, design, drawings and a clean, complete application — we move on quickly, and we tell you honestly at the survey what timeline to plan for.
Will you take an AMC on a system somebody else installed?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We start with a condition survey, tell you what needs putting right before the contract starts, and then maintain it on schedule.
Can you supply in bulk for a full workforce?
Yes — bulk supply with repeat scheduling is normal for us. Share your headcount, the hazards and the sizes, and we will quote per item and per kit.
How long does a training session take?
A practical staff session is typically a few hours including live extinguisher practice. We run it in batches so your operations are not stopped, and we can schedule it around shift changes.
Why photoluminescent rather than plain printed signs?
Because evacuations happen in smoke and often after power is lost. Photoluminescent signs charge under normal lighting and stay visible in the dark, when a printed sign is simply invisible.
Will a drill disrupt production?
It is planned around you — timed for a shift change or a low-load window, and area by area on larger sites. A short planned interruption is a great deal cheaper than an unplanned one.
Can you supply against a government tender specification?
Yes. Share the tender document and we will confirm what we can meet, prepare the technical compliance papers and quote against the specification line by line.
